client information.

Clinical Excellence Coaching may collect information from clients, prospective clients, learners, and authorized users when they use our website, contact forms, MPD Studio, CEC Writing Academy, customer dashboards, or related services.

This may include name, title, role, organization, email address, phone number, communication preferences, designation readiness or service-interest information, account or access-key information, submitted documents, narratives, evidence files, drafts, comments, review notes, timestamps, session activity, browser or device information, IP address, and security logs.

We use cookies and similar session technologies to support login, protected workspace access, Academy access, dashboard security, and basic website functionality.

These cookies help confirm that an authorized user has signed in, maintain access to protected areas during a session, and protect customer workspaces from unauthorized access.

We use collected information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, provide consulting and coaching services, operate MPD Studio and related workspaces, review submitted documents, provide writing or feedback support, manage customer access, improve services, and protect the site and customer workspaces from unauthorized use.

We may also use contact information for service-related communication, onboarding, customer support, education updates, and relevant Clinical Excellence Coaching resources.

Clients are responsible for removing protected health information and other unnecessary sensitive information before submitting documents. Clinical Excellence Coaching does not request protected health information for MPD Studio or writing support workflows.

If inappropriate sensitive information is identified, processing may stop, the file may be removed from CEC storage, and the customer may be asked to redact and resubmit.

Customer-submitted content may be processed by secure third-party platforms that support hosting, email delivery, document storage, authentication, analytics, document extraction, or AI-assisted review.

Clinical Excellence Coaching does not permit customer content to be used to train public AI models.

We use access controls, encrypted connections, protected workspaces, session-based authentication, customer-specific access controls, secure hosting, Cloudflare-supported protection, Microsoft and SharePoint-based storage workflows, and gated access for client-facing tools.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely risk-free, but we use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards appropriate for the nature of the services we provide.

You may ask to be removed from marketing or nonessential communications at any time. You may also request correction or deletion of contact information or other information we maintain, subject to legitimate business, contractual, legal, or security needs.
